BORDO builds your US Amazon business from the ground up — company, product, supplier, brand, production, and Amazon launch.
"No script. This is how I built Crystry from Europe."
You approve the complete business case before any inventory is ordered.
Designed to require approximately 10 hours of your decisions. BORDO coordinates the complete build from formation through launch.
You do not receive a course, a business plan, or a list of suppliers. You receive a new US business built in your name, with its own branded product, supplier relationship, live Amazon listing, and complete operating system.
We build it. You approve it. You own it.
You have capital. You want a real US business you can run from anywhere. But everything you find is either a $2,000 course that teaches you to do it all yourself, or an "automation" agency that won't show you the math. BORDO exists because I built my own US Amazon business from Europe — and it took two years of mistakes I can now remove from your path.
Before any inventory money moves, you receive the BORDO Product Investment Memo:
Nothing is ordered without your written approval.
Government, bank, and marketplace processing times and approvals remain outside BORDO's control.
Launch capital is separate from the BORDO Build fee. It purchases assets your company owns: samples, inspection, initial inventory, freight, duties, Amazon preparation, Vine units, and initial advertising.
The exact amount is itemized in your Product Investment Memo before you approve the opportunity. Every dollar is authorized by you in writing. BORDO adds no undisclosed markups to supplier or third-party costs.
You own everything created or purchased for the business: the company, brand, trademark application and any resulting registration, inventory, Amazon account, supplier relationships, operating documentation, and creative files. BORDO builds it; nothing stays with us.
$25,000 total, in four milestones
You may pause up to 90 days between eligible milestones.
"Launched" means: initial inventory produced and delivered to Amazon, sellable units available or checked in, the listing active, initial advertising campaigns configured, and the agreed supplier, creative, financial, and operating records delivered to you. If Amazon receiving, verification, or account review delays launch after BORDO has completed everything it controls, the final milestone is handled under the third-party-delay provision in the agreement.
If BORDO cannot present an opportunity meeting the financial and operational criteria agreed at onboarding within the defined research period, you receive a full refund of BORDO fees paid.
No inventory is ordered until you have received and approved the complete Memo, supplier quotation, specifications, launch budget, and risks — in writing.
After you approve and fund the opportunity, BORDO completes every agreed build and launch deliverable without charging another build fee.
If the approved product or supplier becomes unviable before launch due to a material issue not reasonably known at approval, BORDO conducts one replacement product search at no additional product-development fee.
We guarantee: transparent research, defined financial assumptions, your written approval before spending, completion of the agreed deliverables, your ownership of every asset, 90 days of launch management, and no undisclosed third-party costs.
We do not guarantee: a particular level of sales, future profitability, passive income, Amazon rankings, financing approval, business valuation, or immigration eligibility or approval.
Every business involves risk. BORDO's role is to reduce avoidable risk through evidence, disciplined underwriting, professional execution, and complete transparency.
The 90-day launch-management period begins the first date your listing is active and able to accept orders. Included: weekly account monitoring, advertising adjustments, inventory monitoring, supplier communication, reorder recommendations, account-health monitoring, and monthly reporting. Not included: additional inventory, advertising spend beyond the approved budget, extraordinary account appeals, legal or tax work, or product redesign.
After 90 days, you choose:
The business is designed for remote ownership and management, subject to applicable legal, tax, banking, and marketplace requirements.
For qualified international owners exploring an E-2 treaty-investor strategy, BORDO can organize your business and investment documentation — the E-2 Counsel Coordination File — for review by your independent immigration attorney. BORDO does not provide immigration legal advice and cannot guarantee visa eligibility or approval.
The first three BORDO Owners receive 12 months of monthly reviews and extended direct founder access, in exchange for permission to document the build as a case study — governed by a separate case-study agreement, with your approval of any confidential information before publication.
This took two years to learn by building my own business.
BORDO accepts a limited number of builds at a time — every business is individually researched, built, and launched.
You receive the system, the suppliers, and the lessons — without repeating the mistakes.
